Antique victorian old cut diamond navette ring, in 18 carat gold
Antique victorian old cut diamond navette ring, in 18 carat gold
An exceptionally elegant Victorian old cut diamond navette ring, crafted in 18 carat gold and platinum and dating to the 1890s. Refined yet eye catching, this beautiful piece is a wonderful example of late Victorian diamond jewellery at its finest.
The elongated marquise or navette shaped face is set with twenty five well matched old cut diamonds, with an approximate total weight of 1.00 carat. Each diamond has been meticulously hand cut and displays excellent clarity and lively sparkle, creating a dazzling surface that catches the light from every angle.
The diamonds are set into a platinum topped face, enhancing their brightness and definition, while the warm glow of the high carat gold band provides a beautiful contrast. Despite its striking appearance, the navette sits comfortably flush to the finger, making it ideal for everyday wear while still feeling special and elegant.
Timeless and romantic, this ring has a graceful presence that feels both delicate and confident. It would make a superb choice for collectors of antique jewellery, lovers of period design, or as a distinctive antique engagement ring with enduring charm and character.
