UK Shipping
Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed and usually arrive within 1–2 business days.
Complimentary UK shipping is available on orders over £300. Orders below this threshold are charged at checkout.
European Union Shipping
Orders to the European Union are shipped fully tracked and insured.
Tracked International shipping usually arrives within 5–8 business days. Complimentary Express Tracked & Insured shipping is available on orders over £400 and usually arrives within 1–4 business days.
International Shipping
International orders outside of the European Union are shipped fully tracked and insured.
Tracked International shipping usually arrives within 5–8 business days. Complimentary Express Tracked & Insured shipping is available on orders over £500 and usually arrives within 1–5 business days.
Express shipments are sent via courier services such as UPS, DHL or FedEx depending on destination and order value.
DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping may be available on a case by case basis. Please get in touch before placing your order if you would like to discuss arranging this.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply upon delivery.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check what import charges may apply before placing an order. Citrine Antique Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Refunds will not be issued for items returned due to unpaid customs charges or refused delivery.
