Shipping policy
UK Shipping
Orders within the United Kingdom are shipped via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 1-2 business days. All of our UK orders receive complimentary shipping.
European Union Shipping
Orders to the European Union are shipped fully tracked.
Tracked International shipping usually arrives within 2-5 business days. Complimentary Express Tracked shipping is available on high value orders and usually arrives within 1-4 business days.
International Shipping
International orders outside of the European Union are shipped fully tracked.
Tracked International shipping usually arrives within 3–5 business days. Complimentary Express Tracked & Insured shipping is available on high value orders and usually arrives within 1-4 business days.
Express shipments are sent via courier services such as UPS, DHL or FedEx depending on destination and order value.
DDP (Delivered Duties Paid) shipping may be available on a case by case basis. Please get in touch before placing your order if you would like to discuss arranging this.
Customs & Import Taxes
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Buyers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties or local taxes that may apply upon delivery. Antique items may be exempt from taxes and duties.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check what import charges may apply before placing an order. Citrine Antique Jewels is not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Refunds will not be issued for items returned due to unpaid customs charges or refused delivery.
