  • Next Day Dispatch

    We dispatch all orders within 1 business day, with orders placed before 1pm (GMT/BST) dispatched same day.

  • Safe & Reliable

    All orders are fully insured in transit. Orders below our minimum of £100 are sent via a non-tracked service but benefit from the same delivery lead time.

  • Express Shipping

    Need your new jewels ASAP?! We offer an express shipping upgrade at checkout.
    International Express orders arrive with 1-3 business days.

When will my order arrive?

  • UK Orders

    Our domestic orders are shipped with Royal Mail, arriving within 1-3 business days.
    There is an option to upgrade to 'Guaranteed by 1pm' next day service at checkout, which is next day delivery providing the order is placed before 1pm.

  • International

    Our International orders are dispatched with Royal Mail Tracked & Signed, which arrive within 7-14 business days providing there are no delays through customs. Orders over £500 or with express shipping upgrade arrive within 1-5 business days and are shipped with UPS/DHL.

Our Returns Policy

We do accept returns, providing you let us know within 3 days of delivery. The item must then be sent back within 7 days, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and items must be returned via a tracked, signed-for, and insured service. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items not received back.

Please note:

  • We cannot refund items returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees.
  • Original postage costs may be deducted from the refund to cover our expenses.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including: pierced earrings, resized rings, and items sold at discounted prices.
