International Taxes + Custom Duties

Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom.

Sales tax is not charged at checkout for international orders.

Import duties, customs fees, or local taxes may be charged by the carrier upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.

We can arrange to send items DDP (the customs charges are paid for on our end) on a case by case basis. Just get in touch!

We do not offer refunds due to non-payment of the custom fees by the buyer. Please check your local duties/custom rates.

When will my order arrive?

  • UK Orders

    Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail and typically arrive within 1-3 business days.

    A next day delivery upgrade is available at checkout for orders placed before 1pm (GMT/BST).

  • International

    International orders are sent fully tracked and typically arrive within 5-8 business days.

    Express shipping is available at checkout, with delivery in 1-4 business days worldwide. Higher value pieces include complimentary express shipping.

Our Returns Policy

We do accept returns, providing you let us know within 3 days of delivery. The item must then be sent back within 14 days, in its original condition and packaging. Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility, and items must be returned via a tracked, signed-for, and insured service. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for items not received back.

Please note:

  • We cannot refund items returned to us due to non-payment of customs fees.
  • Original postage costs may be deducted from the refund to cover our expenses.
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including: pierced earrings, resized rings, and items sold at discounted prices.
