Express
Higher value pieces include next day UK delivery or express international shipping.
Shipping times
UK orders: sent via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 1-3 business days.
International orders: sent fully tracked and usually arrive within 3-7 business days.
Express shipping: available at checkout where possible. Higher value orders receive complimentary next day UK delivery or express international shipping.
Customs + duties
Orders are shipped from the United Kingdom. Customs charges, import duties or local taxes may be charged upon delivery and are the responsibility of the buyer.
DDP shipping may be available on a case by case basis. Please get in touch before ordering if you would like to discuss this.
Returns policy
We accept returns when contact is made within 3 days of delivery. Items must then be returned within 14 days in their original condition and packaging.
Return postage is the buyer’s responsibility. Items must be sent using a tracked and insured service.
Pierced earrings, resized rings and discounted items may be non-returnable. Original postage costs may be deducted from refunds.
Refunds are issued once the item has been safely received back and checked.
