Refund policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unworn or unused, with original packaging and any accompanying documentation. Proof of purchase will also be required.

To request a return, please contact hello@citrineantiquejewels.com before sending your item back. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a fully tracked and insured service, as Citrine Antique Jewels cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit during return shipping.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect. We will review the issue and work to resolve it appropriately.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may be non-returnable, including:

  • pierced earrings
  • resized rings
  • sale or discounted items
  • gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please get in touch before purchasing.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to secure a new item is to place a separate order once your return has been approved.

European Union Cooling-Off Period

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must still be sent back in their original condition, unworn or unused, with original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
