Antique victorian pearl diamond and ruby ring, in 15 carat gold

This stunning ring is an absolute treasure. It features three of my favourite stones, seed pearls, diamonds and rubies - which never fail to harmonise with one another. The sleek, flat thick band form to this ring truly elevates this piece, the design incredibly apt for the era in which it was crafted. The four seed pearls are set in a square formation, each with fantastic lustre and shimmer. These pearls perfectly frame the central old rose cut diamond, petite in its size but with plenty of sparkle - it catches the light wonderfully, throwing out the most perfect fiery glow.

Flanking the central gallery are two playful rubies, each prong set and encased in a raised triangle detail to the shoulders. This ring bears crisp hallmarks for Chester, dated 1890.

This piece is in stunning antique condition, signs of use and wear as expected with age. All stones secure within settings, pearls with wonderful lustre, rubies and diamond eye clean. The shank/band is in great condition with minimal wear, clear crisp hallmarks too.
