Antique victorian chunky belcher box link chain, in 9 carat gold

A gorgeous antique chain, this piece is crafted in 9 carat gold throughout with a lovely, chunky, shiny feel to it. The chain measures 17 inches in length, a lovely flattering length that sits perfectly. The links themselves are somewhat belcher-like, a rectangular form to them with an articulated feel.

This chain has had a more modern (circa 1950s) spring ring clasp added, but this can be easily changed for a dog clip fitting. A super timeless piece that is a staple in anyones collection.

This piece is in beautiful antique condition, signs of use and wear as expected with age. Minor patina and wear throughout, solder marks visible on end of links, some link ends very worn so may require attention in a few years. Clasp in full working order, needs an extra push sometimes to ensure secureness.

The chain measures 17" / 43cm in length.
