Description
Description
An enchanting piece, this lovely ring features a marquise cut citrine, surrounded by a halo of lustrous seed pearls. Wonderful Victorian/Edwardian influence, this piece has a romantic feel to it. Crafted in 9 carat gold with warm honey-like hues throughout.
The gallery has a lovely high relief and looks super flattering on the finger, the north-south navette shape creating an elegant, elongated look. Citrine is the stone of abundance, this example has joyful marmalade hues throughout, harmonising with the luminescent pearls. Hallmarked by the London assay office for 1959.
