Antique old cut diamond and ruby boat ring, in 18 carat gold

This incredible ring has a juicy, playful and romantic feel to it. The gallery is just breathtaking, lace-cut openwork details framing each stone. Domed in shape, like the traditional boat rings, adding such height, elegance and a look of chunkiness that perfectly contrasts with the dainty feminine look that also oozes from this ring. Alternating pink rubies and sparkling old cut diamonds decorate the face of the ring, perfectly complemented by the warm hue of honey-like high carat gold throughout the piece.

The central ruby, berry hued, bright and vibrant, is hugged by two small old cut diamonds and host a huge sparkle despite their small stature. On each end, two slightly smaller rubies flank each diamond.

This ring is in beautiful antique condition, signs of use and wear as expected with age. The stones are in well-kept condition, minor blemishes visible under a jeweller's loupe and not noticeable at all when being worn. The band is in wonderful condition, a few age related marks and some tarnishing.

The face measures 14.6mm x 6.8mm. Height from finger measures 4.1mm.
Width of the band measures 2.5mm.
The central ruby measures approximately 2.2mm in diameter and each diamond either side measuring 1.5mm in diameter.
The left ruby measures 2.1mm in diameter, on the right side measuring 1.5mm.
