A beautiful Edwardian lavaliere pendant on an antique cable chain, crafted in 9ct gold and adorned with luminous opals and delicate seed pearls.

Designed with an openwork circular frame, the pendant features a charming, asymmetrical floral motif at its centre, decorated with little seed pearls and a vibrant opal displaying wonderful flashes of green and blue. A second opal is suspended beneath the frame, adding a lovely touch of playful movement.

The fine gold framework, paired seed pearls and wonderful arrangement are so characteristic of the romantic, nature inspired jewellery of the Edwardian era.

Dating to approximately 1900-1910, this lovely antique pendant is suspended from a 9ct gold chain, ready to be worn.

This piece is in antique condition, signs of use and wear as expected with age. Pearls with good nacre, secure in settings. Opals in great condition and secure in settings. Pendant gold work is in great condition with minimal wear, clear hallmarks to the back. Chain in great vintage condition, with a '9ct' and makers mark gold tab to the end, clasp fastens securely.
