A gorgeous antique Victorian stick pin, crafted in warm 9 carat gold and decorated with a delicate seed pearl set within a striking blue enamel star.

Dating to the late Victorian period, this elegant stick pin beautifully captures the refined craftsmanship of the era. At its centre sits a lustrous seed pearl nestled within an eight-pointed star, surrounded by rich cobalt blue enamel and framed by an engraved oval base metal border that adds depth and texture to the design.

During the Victorian era, stars were often used to symbolise guidance, hope and everlasting love, while pearls represented purity and sincerity. Together they create a timeless motif that reflects the sentimentality so often found in Victorian jewellery.

This antique example has a wonderfully understated elegance. The intricate detailing and classic oval form make it a lovely example of late Victorian design that has remained just as timeless over a century later.
