A chunky vintage cuff bangle or bracelet crafted in sterling silver with a beautiful engraved foliate pattern and safety chain, fully hallmarked for 1962.

This wide cuff bangle has such a presence on the wrist, with lovely scrolling foliate details engraved on an otherwise smooth and polished face. The natural patina to the piece add depth to those wonderful etched patterns.

This bracelet takes on a slightly domed form, allowing for a more comfortable wear. Finished with a safety chain, with crisp and clear hallmarks for 1962.

Condition report

This piece is in great vintage condition, signs of use and wear as expected with age. There is gorgeous natural antique patina on the bangle, which I think adds to its beauty - it can easily be polished off if you wish. The safety chain is in great condition, free of patina, kinks or knots. Clasp is in full working order and closes with a lovely sound.

Measurements and sizing

This bracelet measures approx 17cm / 6.7" in total interior circumference when clasped.
When unclasped, it measures 22.5cm / 8.8" to allow ease of placement over the hand.
